Science Celebrations offer your class the opportunity to interact with regional businesses and STEAM practitioners as they showcase their own real-world experiences. With special partner programming stationed throughout the galleries, it’s the perfect chance to enhance your experience at Kentucky Science Center.

Engineering Days

Interact with a wide range of professional engineers and discover how engineering methods apply to all career fields.

Friday & Saturday, February 21-22
Engineer your world at our annual Engineering Days science celebration! February 21st and 22nd we are inspiring curiosity with three floors packed with engineering professionals and ingenious inventions that are sure to get your creative gears turning. We’ll explore the science of the future with electric car demonstrations, launch your creativity into the past by constructing your own medieval catapult, and so much more!  Come celebrate all of the ingenuity and advancements of engineering with real engineering professionals from  C&I Engineering, Lexmark, LG&E, Louisville MSDRiver City Rocketry – University of Louisville. Inspire the future engineer in your life with a chance to learn what wonders the world of engineering can hold at this special two-day science celebration! All activities are included with admission.
