Through Pulse of Surgery, students in grades 6–12 get a live, real-time view of heart surgery at U of L Health–Jewish Hospital while connecting what they see to careers in medicine, human physiology, and healthy living.

*Note: Pulse of Surgery is a live, real-time surgery. There are occasions when a live surgery is unable to be scheduled for broadcast dates. In that unusual event, Kentucky Science Center will facilitate another Pulse of Surgery-related program.
