Refund Policy

• Items can be returned or exchanged within 30 days from date of purchase with a valid Do Science Shop receipt issued by Kentucky Science Center.
• Items worn, washed or damaged by the consumer are ineligible for a return or exchange.
• Any items deemed defective by Kentucky Science Center may be returned or exchanged within 30 days from the date of purchase with a valid Do Science Shop receipt.
• Sale merchandise is final and may not be eligible for returns or exchanges.
• All refunds will be processed back to the original form of payment. Store credit may be issued in the form of a gift card.
• After a credit card refund is processed by Kentucky Science Center, the amount of time to return funds to the cardholder depends on the bank.
• Kentucky Science Center has the right to refuse any refund or exchange request.
