Get ready to take the wheel at Touch-A-Truck! Join us on Saturday, September 6th from 10AM-2PM in our parking lot, where you can get up close to explore an incredible variety of vehicles. Get hands-on with vehicles like bucket trucks, city buses, fire engines, police cruisers, ambulances, construction rigs, race cars, motorcycles, farm equipment, and even military vehicles, all for FREE. Whether you’re a kid or a kid at heart, it’s your chance to explore, dream big, and meet the amazing community helpers who keep these vehicles moving. Don’t miss this thrilling day of discovery!

Touch-A-Truck is located at 801 W. Washington St., directly behind Kentucky Science Center, at the intersection of River Road and Eighth Street, under I-64.
Where to park this day since the lot is closed? On-street parking is ample on many downtown streets. Nearby parking includes the Advocacy Parking Garage, located at 701 W. Jefferson Street between 7th and 8th Streets, 2 blocks south of Kentucky Science Center. Other nearby parking includes the Mueller Surface Lot at 125 S. 8th St. between 8th and Market Streets and the 21C Garage at 705 W Market Street and The Frazier History Museum parking lot adjacent to the museum on Ninth Street.
