What should I do if the school does not provide my ticket?

Can I use my museum membership to get into the Field Trip?

• Yes! Please note, if the group is seeing a movie or eating lunch, an additional fee will apply.

Why was I charged an extra $1?

• This fee reserves your lunchroom space.

Can I go to the class with my kids?

• Space is limited in the classrooms, and generally only the school/organizations staff are admitted.
• If class capacity allows, present chaperones are able to attend class.

When do we go to the movie?

• Please arrive 15 minutes prior to the movie showing. Check your field trip schedule provided upon arrival to Kentucky Science Center

Where do I meet up for lunch?

• Gather in the first floor lobby 5 minutes before your scheduled lunch time.

Do I have to follow the schedule?

• Yes! Please follow the schedule as closely as possible. It Is for your group specifically and accounts for other groups in the museum.

What if I lose someone in my group?

• Go directly to the front desk, they will help reunite you with your group!

Can I get my parking validated?

• Parking is not validated.

Is there a smoking area?
